シンガポール国立大は国際ランキングでアジアの1位になった実績がある優秀な大学。むつ市との交流を通じて短期留学の道が開けた。5人ほどが5月下旬に2週間滞在し、マーケティングや地域ブランディングになどに携わる。市内の小中学生との交流も予定し、新たな語学学習のプログラム開発も目指す。
