「特定技能」の1号、2号の新たな在留資格を設ける法案。「法令違反や不正行為に厳格に対処する」など付帯決議も採択。ただ、制度の詳細は省令で決めるといい、国会での踏み込んだ議論は回避した形だ。識者からは、中身の議論が十分でないという声が出ている。
