私たちは、いま当たり前のようにスマートフォン、タブレット、PCといったさまざまな画面で文書を読んでいます。 しかし、少し前まで文書は「紙に印刷したときの見た目」が前提でした。この前提が崩れたことで、文書の作り方そのものが大きく変わっています。 本講演では、SGML や XML から始まり、EPUB、OOXML、Markdown などへと広がってきた文書技術の流れを背景に、なぜ「構造を持った文書」という考え方がいま当たり前になったのかを振り返ります。 特定の技術や形式を解説・比較する講演ではありません。長年文書技術に関わってきた立場から、うまくいかなかったこと、割り切らざるを得なかったこと、そして結果として時代の要請に合ってしまったことを、少し距離を取って整理します。 文書技術の歴史に詳しくなくても参加できますが、「なぜ今こうなっているのか」を一段深いところから考えてみたい方に向けた内容です。 （JEPAは今年40周年を迎えます。20本ほどの記念セミナーを予定しており、そのトップバッターとして、ご講演いただきます。） ■講師　村田真先生　東日本国際大学客員教授 EPUB日本語拡張仕様の技術責任者、文字情報技術促進協議会副会長、慶應義塾大学特任教授などを歴任。　日本電子出版協会（JEPA）CTO。 情報アクセシビリティ機構 代表社員　note ■ 開催概要 日時：2026年1月16日(金)　16時-17時半 料金：どなたでも無料 会場：オンライン　YouTube Live(定員ナシ)またはZoom(100名) 主催：日本電子出版協会(JEPA)
