文化庁が公認日本語教師の資格に関する報告書を公表　9月17日まで一般から意見を募集

文化庁は8月20日、同庁のホームページに「日本語教育の推進のための仕組みについて」と題した報告書を掲載した。昨年7月以来、計9回にわたる日本語教師の資格に関する調査研究協力者会議の意見を踏まえてまとめたもので、国家資格としての公認日本語教師の資格や受験の在り方などを示した。その内容に関しては一般からの意見募集を行い、必要に応じて意見を報告書に盛り込む。文化庁はこの最終報告書をもとに法案作りを進め、来年の通常国会で国家資格創設のための法整備行う方針だ。

公表された報告書は、①日本語教師の資格について②日本語教育機関の水準の維持向上を図るための仕組みについて――の2項目を柱としている。文化庁はすでに7月29日の協力者会議で報告書のほぼ全容を明らかにしており、骨格はその報告書と変わらない。ただ、細かな修正点を盛り込んだ。報告書に全文は以下の通り。

手続きとしては、さらに一般からの意見（パブリックコメント）の募集がある。報告書の内容に関して広く一般から意見を募る制度で、締め切りは9月17日。メールやファックス、郵送で受け付ける。意見募集の要領などは以下の通り。
