つながり、学び合う場へ約200人が来場-「日本語教育の夏フェス2018」-（2018年9月20日）
「ことばと学びでつながるなかまの会」（略称・こまつなの会）主催の「日本語教育の夏フェス2018」が9月8日、早稲田大学早稲田キャンパスにて開催された。今年が第2回目の開催であり、昨年よりも約100人多い200人近い参加者が日本語教育について学びを深めた。
「夏フェス」では午前中、横溝紳一郎氏による「学習者の脳を活性化する授業のひと工夫-主体的・対話的で深い学びの実現をめざして-」と題した基調講演で始まり、午後は、漢字指導にICT、在留資格、新聞を使った活動、発音指導、著作権、作文指導、日本語教育能力検定試験を現場に活かす方法など、全部で8つのワークショップが行われた。
丸1日にもおよぶ「夏フェス」だったが、参加者は真剣なまなざしで積極的にワークショップに参加していた。
「夏フェス」は、同じ興味・関心をもつ人々が、所属や立場、専門をも越えてつながることを目的としている。参加者一人一人が主役である。互いにつながり、学び合い、そして自身のホームへ学びを還元してもらうことを願っている。
参加者からは「内容が濃かった。来週の授業に取り入れたい」「次回もまた参加したい」という声がきかれた。いち早く次回の「夏フェス」情報をお届けするメーリングリストへの登録希望者も多く、次回への嬉しいプレッシャーも感じる。
世話人一同も、所属、立場、専門を超えた集まりである。
我々自身もこの「夏フェス」を通して多くのつながりや学びがあり、今後も成長し続けたいと考えている。
