日本語学校6団体がコロナ感染拡大の経営影響へのアンケート

日本語教育機関関係６団体（日本語教育振興協会、全国日本語学校連合会、日本語学校ネットワーク、全国専門学校日本語教育協会、全国各種学校日本語教育協会、全日本学校法人日本語教育協議会）は、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大に伴う入国制限による学校経営への影響に関するアンケート調査のメールを各学校に送った。

日本語学校の６団体は、連携して政府や政党に対して留学生受け入れ規制の緩和などの陳情活動などに取り組んでいる。しかし、首都圏で非常事態宣言が延長されるなどコロナ禍の影響が期待したほど沈静化していない。すでにワクチン接種が始まっているが、東京五輪・パラリンピックの開催後まで留学生の入国制限が続くのではないかとの観測もあり、日本語学校の経営はさらに厳しい状況が続くのではないかと懸念する声も出ている。

アンケートでは①2020年４月期生の在留資格認定証明書の交付件数②同４月期生のうち入国できた留学生の人数③同４月期生の入学のキャンセル数－－などのほか、2021年4月期生の状況についても質問項目を設けている。

６団体はアンケートを3月12日に締め切り、結果を集計、分析したうえでその状況を踏まえて政府や各党への陳情なども検討する方針だ。（アンケートの内容は以下のURLでご覧ください）

【2025年度 第1回（第20回）ワークショップ：オンライン開催】 日時：12月18日（木）19時から20時半までの1時間半 タイトル：入門者向け統計シリーズ　相関係数と回帰分析 講師：斉藤信浩 氏（創価大学文学部教授） 定員：50名（先着順） ※要申し込み（申し込み方法は会員メーリングリストで後日配信） 内容：漢字テストの得点と読解テストの得点には、何か関係があるのだろうか。学習歴の長さと聴解力は何か関係があるのだろうか。このような、２つのデータに関係があるのかどうか、それを探るのが「相関係数」と「回帰分析」です。統計ソフトを使用せず、Excelの関数の機能だけで、相関係数と回帰分析を学習していきます。使用するPCのOSはWindowsでもMacでも構いませんが、OfficeのExcelが入っている必要があります。統計のゼロ初級からで結構ですので、気軽にご参加ください。 ※新規に入会し、会員として参加されたい方は、日本時間で2025年12月4日（木）23:59までに入会手続き（フォームからの申請と年会費納付の両方）をお済ませください。
