10:00~10:15  趣旨説明

10:15~11:00 セッション1「あらためて、シラバス」
「インタラクティブ・ティーチング」の動画や書籍の内容を踏まえつつ、それらには掲載されていない内容についても新たに学びます（事前に募集した質問に講師が回答する時間があります）。

11:00~12:00 セッション2「テキストシラバス改善演習」

ご自身のテキストシラバスをお持ちいただき、グループワークを通して意見交換を行ないます。これを通して、学習者の学びを促し、教員自身にとってコースデザインのツールとなるようなシラバスを作成するために必要なポイントを把握します。

13:30~15:00 セッション3「グラフィックシラバス作成演習」
ご自身の授業のグラフィックシラバスを実際に作成してみます。これにより、授業の構造をより明確に伝えるために必要なポイントを把握します。

15:20~16:50セッション4（分科会） ＊A～Dのいずれか一つに参加していただきます
事務局企画のセッションAと参加者企画の3セッション（B～D）を設けました。参加者企画セッションにおいては、60分間の実施後に、セッションの設計等自体を30分間で振り返ります。

【A大教室でもアクティブラーニングを実現させよう（事務局企画[大人数]）】
大教室での授業においてアクティブラーニングを導入する際に気をつけるべき点等の実践的な方法を共有することを目指します。

【B 受講者を惹き付ける問いを作ろう〜ジグソー法・ピアインストラクション〜（参加者企画[少人数]） 】
ジグソー法、ピアインストラクションを実施する際の「受講者を惹きつける問い」を作れるようになることを目指します。

【C理解者を増やそう・職場に広めよう～「現場」への展開～（参加者企画[少人数]）】
自らの「インタラクティブ・ティーチング」実践について、職場や周囲の人々からの理解を得たり、必要に応じて周囲の人々をまきこみながら、「インタラクティブ・ティーチング」を同僚や周囲の人々に広めたりすることができるようになることを目指します。
